Why “Fig Tree?” There is a gorgeous passage in my favorite book, The Bell Jar, about a fig tree spreading out before the protagonist, Esther, with each fig representing a different path in life. Unable to choose, she sees the figs dropping at her feet. I’m here to help document all versions of your spirit, your family, your passions, and your talents, to help you reach and hold and cherish each one of your proverbial figs.
